Noticeboard
On 1st November Pope Leo formally recognised Saint John Henry Newman as a Doctor of the Church. The Newman Association exists to promote a reasoned expression of our faith and stimulate ‘action for change’. Through that we aim to make an important contribution to the Church.
The Glasgow Newman Circle programme is now being finalised. It has been designed to address some of the big issues of our time, to hear from experts, those people with knowledge and experience who can help us navigate our way through challenging questions. Please join us and be part of the conversation.
The next meeting is on the 6th of November when Professor John Cavanagh, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Glasgow will explore the “The Soul in the Brain vs The Soul and the Brain”
